Get in shape now fast and safe!

Getting in Shape starting today

Is it spring or what? Time to get out doors and continue
(or start) that new years resolution to get in shape. Beginning
your fitness and exercise program seems simple, just put on your
shoes, shirt and sweats and hit the jogging path, right?
Not so fast. Jumping into cardio may be the worst place to start
when getting in shape.

Someone out of shape or overweight starting with running for
example could lead to muscle and joint problems or injuries
and take you right out of the fitness game before you get started
therefore causing you to miss out on the accomplishment of your
health and fitness goals for getting in shape.


Start getting in shape this way instead.

Get in shape with Rowing, swimming, cycling, and walking.
These are all good low impact exercises for shaping up. Alternate
between them and engage in brief high intensity sessions followed
by brief resting. Repeat this five to seven times.

Staying with a low-impact shaping up program in the beginning
will gradually build muscle and joint strength. This will lead
you to more intense type exercises such as running or weight
training for shaping up later.
