High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS)-The Metabolic Poison

By Bryon Zirker

Though (HFCS) is cheap and widely available. This plus is far out weighed by the negative aspects of this dangerous and highly refined poison. Do not let the advertisers and certain associations BS you, they all are paid high amounts of money to say what they say with no regard to what they are actually promoting, nor the terrible condition of the population they are selling it to because of its affects.

Fact:

Regular table sugar is one part glucose and one part fructose (50/50). HFCS is close to the same formula, marginally higher in fructose, 55% fructose, 45% glucose, however probably not enough to make that much difference (or at least that's what the proponents of HFCS claim).

Fact:

The more damaging half of this poisonous duo of glucose and fructose, regardless of whether it occurs in table sugar or HFCS, is refined fructose.

Fact:

Most if not all studies on (HFCS) show it to have very bad long term effects on the body and overall health.

My advice, eat whole natural foods only, maintain a low carb eating program and you will be amazed at how you feel.
