Kidney Cancer-Vegetables And Bananas May Help To Avoid

By Bryon Zirker

Some of the latest research have brought to light that you can lower
the chance of getting kidney cancer by consuming select fruits and
veggies.

Researchers in Sweden tracking some 60000+ women between the ages of
40 to 76 over an average of thirteen years showed that those eating
bananas at least 4 times per week reduced the risk of Kidney Cancer
by half. The group that ate root veggies like carrots and beets cut
the risk by 50-60 percent. Leafy greens and cucumbers were linked to a
lower risk of cancer as well.

Get down to your local market, hit the produce area and grab a bunch
of these wonderful cancer protection goodies. Make it a habit to juice
them which will help you get more into your eating plan. Liquid form
is a quick and easy way to reap the benefits and add to your overall
health.
