Regulates blood sugar
The liver is an amazing organ that completes more than 400
functions daily to keep you healthy.
Here are some tips for keeping your liver strong and ready to
do its job.
1. Eat fresh whole foods.
2. Eat as many uncooked veggies as possible.
3. Sat away from microwaved foods and processed foods.
4. Eat fruits daily.
5. Stay away from fast foods.
Eat foods that appear to have just come out of the garden.
Supplements that assist the liver in doing its job:

Toxins that get absorbed are:
Pesticides
