Blood Pressure Drugs Alternative

By Bryon Zirker

There are around 65 million Americans with high blood
pressure that measures at or above 140/90. Using some
prescription drugs can actually increase your risk of
heart disease or stroke. Consider this: There is a naturally
safe option, Grape Seed Extract.

New studies conducted by the University of California
determined that when subjects that were administered
300mg of Grape Seed Extract, the top number (systolic)
pressure went down as much as 12 points. Also the bottom
number (diastolic) pressure went down as much as 8.
And theres more. The bad cholesterol (LDL) was reduced
as well. Previous studies completed by the same group
showed that prevention of (hardeneing of the arteries)
atherosclerosis may be an added benefit.

Grape Seed extract is widely available at most health
food stores and online.
