Bad Habits And Cancer Go Hand in Hand

By Bryon Zirker

At first you might think that cancer, heart disease,
obesity and other maladies that see prevalent in a
family might be genetics, right? Wrong. Most poor
health is related to poor habits that have been passed
down through generations. Most health issues are related
directly to terrible lifestyle habits.

You can be sure that those members of a family or group
that share the same habits in general will have will share
the same kind of health whether is is good Health or bad.
For those of the family or group who make the effort to
change bad habits to good habits will see equivalent changes
in their health, regardless of genetics.

for a good health transformation a decision to capitalize
on health habits is necessary. I see two very dangerous and
problematic habits infecting a large proportion of Americans
today. The habitual use of sugar and a big lack of sunshine.
Both of these together make a very good environment in the
body conducive to the growth of cancer.

Just getting these two items back in line with healthy levels
will make a big difference in the you enjoy your life. Sugar
should be eliminated from our eating habits altogether. Use an
alternate like Stevia. Sunshine should be limited to 20 minutes
per day. Do it now! You will be glad you did.

Apple Vs Alzheimers

By Bryon Zirker

Research of late has shown that an apple every day
does not just keep old doc away. It is great for
memory too.

The Journal on Nutrition, Health and Aging put
forth that foods with high levels of quercetin
provides protection to nuerons from free-radiacl
damages which is a contibuting factor in Alzheimer's
disease. Quercetin is a powerful antioxidant that
is found in the skin of red apples.

I would recommend indulging in eating red apples
like red delicious, Mcintosh or Rome. As apples go
remember they are better when redder.

Also try not to get crazy with apple juice as it
is very high in sugars. Stick with eating apples
for a great source of sustained energy.
